A vision no one sees stays a diary entry. In Module 3 your direction turns into steps, words and presence: what do you do first? How do you explain it in three sentences? And what does it take for others to see you where you are heading?

 

What changes in Module 3

• You have a plan, not an intention. The first steps are set – in order, with dates.

• You can explain yourself. Your positioning in three sentences: in applications, in negotiations, in the conversation at the edge of an event.

• You lead, with or without a title. You bring your experience in without asking permission.

• You are seen. Not because you get louder, but because it is clear what you stand for.

• You go, even when it gets uncomfortable. We work on the stance that carries you when your courage falters.

 

In practice: you put an appointment in your calendar that belongs to your plan alone – and you don't move it.

Whether you do that in a new role or build something of your own, you decide along the way. For what only you can create there is no job advertisement. I guide you in positioning, visibility and stance – not in financial planning or law. For those you need your own specialists, and I would rather tell you that beforehand.

What to expect

• 6 online sessions of about 60 minutes, in which clarity becomes a plan with dates (guide value: 6 weeks, flexible by arrangement)

• 2 WhatsApp units of 15 minutes, whenever you need them
