What to expect

• 6 online sessions of 45 minutes each (guideline: 6 weeks, flexible by arrangement)

• 2 messenger support sessions of 15 minutes each – like coaching on the go

• Reflection sheets, audio meditation and additional written materials for further study between sessions.
