My story begins here

I was born in the Congo, in a hospital in the middle of the rainforest – in a world where women outgrow themselves every single day. Even as a child I admired those courageous women who walked for miles with a child on their back to keep their small businesses alive. Their working dream was not a luxury; it was their livelihood. Those images shaped me – and the wish grew in me to one day lead a company that helps people live their potential.

And yet I was stuck myself for a long time: I didn't dare follow my own longing. The inner voices were too persistent: you are not competent enough. Others can do it better. And the third, which stayed longest: you can't afford that.

What finally made me set out came from outside. Again and again I met excellently qualified women who had everything it takes – and still didn't dare to live their full potential. Exactly like me, for a long time. That sent me on my journey.

Because it became clear to me: before I could truly guide women, I had to walk this path myself. I walked it – and would have loved to arrive faster. The longing pulled, the way took its time and needed ground that holds. Mine was years as an educator, guiding students, running seminars with professionals from business – not my goal, but my ground. From there I booked the flight to the USA, to my first coaching training. I didn't feel ready. I got on the plane anyway.

Because courage doesn't come when we feel ready. We become ready by going.

Today

My own method, the EssenzCode 3.0 – and lots of women guided from a career crisis to a professional identity they live.

Why I do what I do

I have experienced it myself: however painful a crisis of meaning feels in the moment – looking back, every one of my own crises became a turning point and made me stronger and clearer. Out of that a conviction grew: every such crisis, at work or elsewhere, carries an unsuspected chance within it – the possibility of finding yourself anew, not only professionally but in your whole being. That is what I mean by PURPOSEshift: recognising your inner truth and, with my method, the EssenzCode 3.0, letting a professional identity grow from it that truly fits you.

Behind it stands a conviction I have carried for a long time: in every woman lies a unique potential, a calling that wants to be lived. It rests on biblical principles – on my firm belief in the creative power placed in every woman. Guiding women on this path is far more than a profession to me: it is my privilege.

If you know this longing, quiet and persistent: I would be glad to discover it together with you.
